Peggy represents U.S. and international clients in intellectual property and business litigation, as well as, contract, licensing, and technology transfer matters.
As former in-house counsel for the world’s largest electronics manufacturer, Peggy has a deep understanding of complex business operations and technology issues and the unique ability to understand the client’s perspective. She provides clients with solution-oriented advice in a practical and cost-effective manner.
Peggy has been lead counsel on many major international transactions and litigation matters, involving companies from the U.S., China, Taiwan, and Japan.
Peggy is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and is conversational in Japanese, which assists her in cross-border litigation and transactional matters. Peggy grew up in Taiwan, but attended high school, college, graduate school and law school in the U.S. As such, her life experiences bridge both Asian and American cultures.
